Job Title: Human Resource Recruiter (Female)

Location: Noida Sector-62

Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 INR (In-hand)

Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in the same domain

Qualifications: Graduate (Grad)

Working Days: 5.5 days working

Age Criteria: 18 to 30 years (Maximum)

Responsibilities:

• Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Utilizing various channels for candidate sourcing, such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Participating in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources.
• Providing regular updates to the management on recruitment progress and challenges.
