Job Title: Customer Support Executive - US Voice Process
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 20
Salary: Up to 30,000 INR (In-hand) + Attractive Incentives
Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (Any 9 hours shift) | 11:00 PM to 11:00 AM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Days Off: 1 Rotational Off
Transportation: Both sides cabs provided
Qualifications:
- Minimum Educational Qualification: UG and Graduate
- Excellent Communication Skills in English
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the international voice process
Age Limit: 18 to 32 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to US-based clients through voice interactions.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving problems effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive and customer-centric approach.
